TUNA/MAHI TRIP REPORT - The MAHI fishing was SENSATIONAL! Everyone limited out and we threw back more than we could keep. We also had AMBERJACKS, TRIGGERFISH and SKIPJACKS.
Tuna fishing left a lot to be desired. We only had one Tuna bite. We did catch a 100 LB. SWORDFISH and lost another really big one.
BLUEFISHING has been good the last couple days so come on down tomorrow morning. The boat leaves at 7:30AM.

We saw a lot of fish near the top of the water and had a DECENT day of fishing. The BLUES ranged up to 8 lbs. and we also caught SPANISH MACKEREL, FLUKE and throw back SEA BASS. It was a beautiful sunny day with a calm ocean.
The boat will be out on a Tuna Trip Monday and Tuesday. We will be back to our regular schedule with a 7:30am departure on Wednesday, Sept. 18.
We will see you then.

It was GOOD FISHING on last night's BLUEFISHING TRIP! The BLUES were 4 to 9 lbs. and everything was on bait.

Fishing was fair and we picked away at the BLUES today. The fish weighed up to 8 lbs. and some people had 15 or 20 and others had 1 or 2. Everything was on jigs.
Tomorrow looks like a really nice day so we will see you then.

We had another VERY GOOD day of fishing with all the BLUES YOU WANTED! It was good steady action and the BLUES weighed up to 8 lbs. Everything was on jigs. We also caught PORGIES and throw back SEA BASS. It was gorgeous late summer weather and the ocean was calm.

We had a VERY GOOD day with a nice pile of BLUEFISH! It was STEADY FISHING and GOOD ACTION ALL DAY and the fish ranged from 3 lbs. right on up to the BIG FISH which were 8 to 10 lbs. We also had a bunch of PORGIES, a BONITO, and some FLUKE. We were fairly close in to shore so there was plenty of fishing time and there were a lot of fish there.
The time to go fishing is NOW! It is a nice temperature out in the ocean and the fish are biting.

It was steady fishing pretty much all day that started out with a bunch of fish and then it slowed a little but another group of fish would come so it turned out to be a GOOD day. We had some smaller BLUES but the majority of the BLUES were 5, 6 and 7 lbs. We also caught FLUKE and PORGIES and saw ALBACORE and BONITO swimming around.
There are lots of fish out there and they are biting so make plans to join us for the day on the Golden Eagle.

We had a DECENT catch of BLUEFISH today and everybody on the boat had fish. We had to chase the fish a few times but once on them, we had good action. They weighed up to 6 lbs. and were all on jigs. We also had some PORGIES and FLUKE.
We sail every day at 7:30am so make your reservations to join us and enjoy fishing in the ocean.
The weather for tomorrow and Wednesday looks good so we will see you in the morning.

We picked at the BLUES early in the day but after a little while they started to take hold and by the end of the day we had a GOOD catch. Some people had as many as they wanted and had their limit. The action turned out to be pretty good and the BLUES were up on the surface splashing around. They are getting bigger with some 5 to 6 lbs. and a 7 pounder for the pool winner today. We also had some PORGIES mixed in as well. It was a good day of fishing with a lot of happy people.
Now that the storm has passed and with this good action with the BLUES, now is the time to get back out there and COME FISHING WITH US!

Folks now that the weather is improving and the ocean is starting to clam down we will be resuming our normal schedule on Sunday at 7:30am. We also have an Afternoon trip at 4:30pm.
