The Captains of the Golden Eagle are veterans of untold trips to the canyons, and feel that crew coordination & teamwork are what puts more fish into the boat.
We carry two to three more mates than most party boats just to ensure that all fishermen are coached through the fighting and landing of all fish hooked.
All fishermen are given a 20 minute instructional session that our crew demonstrates, with three to four lines, how to duck under or over moving around the rail chasing a fish the mate will remain with the angler till the fish is boated.
